    1. To top-up by SMS, you need to initially register your credit or debit card/s in your online account. To become a registered customer, please click here
    2. Then simply text LOAD to 88802
      e.g LOAD 10 2194
    3. Please note:
    4. There must be a space between LOAD and the top-up amount and a space between the top-up amount and the last 4 digits of your registered card
    5. The top-up amount must be between 5 and 25 in whole numbers only

Auto Top-Up

With Auto Top up on Low Balance you will never run out of credit. You can cancel or make changes to your auto top-up at any time.

To set-up auto top-up:

    • Login to 'My Vizz Africa' and enter your credit or debit card details. To become a registered Vizz Africa customer, please click here
    • Click on 'Online Top-Up' in the left menu.
    • If you do not have a registered card, please make a top-up with a credit/debit card online and tick the box to save your card details to register this card.
    • In the Auto Top-Up set-up section, please tick the 'Enable' box, enter a value into the 'Threshold' box and the 'Amount' box and click on the 'Update' button.
    • When your balance falls below your Threshold amount, your account will automatically be topped-up with the amount you have selected and your default registered card will be debited.

    • Enter *#1455* into your mobile followed by the 10-digit voucher PIN, followed by the # key and press the call/send key
    • OR
    • Call 263 from your Vizz Africa Mobile in the UK and follow the voice prompt instructions – call charges 10p per minute

    • Call +44207 177 3000 from your Vizz Africa Mobile outside the UK – roaming charges apply
