  • Yes! Transferring your existing mobile number to Vizz Africa Mobile is easy, so there's no need to let your family and friends know that your number has changed.

    Just follow these simple steps:

    1. Call your existing mobile network's customer care and request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC).
    2. Call Vizz Africa customer services and provide your PAC details to one of our agents.

      • 263 from your Vizz Africa Mobile in the UK - call charges 10p per call
      • 0207 177 3000 from another phone in the UK - standard network charges apply
      • +44207 177 3000 from outside the UK - roaming charges apply

    3. As soon as your number is live with Vizz Africa, usually within 1 working day, we will send you an SMS.
    4. In the meantime you can still use the Vizz Africa Mobile number that was originally provided with your SIM for calls, texts, voicemail and mobile internet.
