The message centre number is normally stored under 'message settings' on your phone should read +447785014317. If this is not shown you will need to delete the current entry and enter this number.

  • Yes you can by calling or emailing customer services. There will be an administration charge for the request. The charges and the turnaround time to complete your request will depend on the period of each individual request. Our support team will be in touch with you in 24 to 48 hours to finalise your request and discuss charges and turnaround times.   • A: In order to register you need your PUK code (which can be found on the card carrier which held your SIM), a valid email address and your Vizz Africa mobile number. Once you have submitted your registration form, you will be sent an email requesting you complete your registration by clicking on the link provided.
